Well the process was quick and easy. Within exactly 2 weeks I had my Operator back and took it out to the range. Thing runs great. Haven't had any issues since. They did a bit of work on it and documented exactly what they did including cutting and re-polishing the feed ramp. Would recommend...
This is my new favorite handgun. Everything about it is legit. It's big, but not really. The grip is great and once you put a red dot on it, you're cheating. This is a serious firearm with serious capacity and serious features. Love it. It make's FN's tactical handguns look bad especially...
Mine came with optics plates (xdm elite osp) thankfully and considering no aftermarket plates work with it due to having to be cut for the loaded chamber indicator those are super important!
However, two of my optic screws are now stripped and am unable to remove the plate. What are my options...
9mm's popularity is mainly due to 2 factors.
1. Appeal to authority marketing aka "x mil/department uses it so it must be the best". Reality is large organizations choose everything they use based on logistics and budgets. 9mm being cheap helps a lot.

Ran lubed, super wet, and different ammo...
So either it's an extractor problem or an ammo problem.
Springfield test fires their firearms before they ship them so........
What ammo you using. Please don't say reloads.
Don't like the Glock grip angle, so I'll be building a 19 ploymer 80 clone whenever the prices get back to reasonable. Will it do something better than what I already have, probably not, but it sounds like fun.
TBH I can't stand this entire sector of the gun industry. It's overran by tacticool idiots doing range theatrics and bamboozling wannabes. IF you want the basics of marksmanship that can be taught by just about anyone and you don't really need certification in that, but low and behold the NRA...
