Its the magpul 6 position stock that came with it. I'm probably overthinking it and just need to spend more time with it at the range to get more comfortable with shooting a rifle. My Kuna does the same after a while but i attributed that to using the brace.

UPDATE: finally brought the reflex to the range with me to the range again today. After another 100 uncomfortable rounds found my issue; the edge of my finger rubs between the trigger and the guard. Lesson learned is to spend time with a firearm on the range before buying. Unfortunately...

Talk to your eye doctor about your situation. Mine put me in a pair of multi-focal contact lenses that have really helped me. also, not sure if this has any bearing, but with my astigmatism I have found that switching to a optic with a green dot set to its smallest diameter has helped.
