I have both the 5.5 inch Edge PDW and the 10.3 inch Edge Pistol. I installed a Maxim Defense Hate Brake on the 10.3. Used a 3/8 in socket extension, Magpul BEV Block and a Vise. I have never attempted removing the brake from the 5.5 so please keep us posted.
