Contacted Support, great people who treated me with respect and 100% agreed it needed to come back. Gave me step by step instructions and free shipping label so I do not have to deal with the store again. And made a note of how the store treated me/dealt with situation. Thumbs up all!!!

Thank you for the info all...just seemed weird. All of my Springfields (besides the dreaded Prodigy - 1st gen I had) are really nice out of the box. For it to be that bad just seemed odd.

Mine is working great with no issues also...but checking the UTube it sounds like Deadduck is correct. Minor issue with assembly at the factory but has since been fixed. Great trigger - TRex thought it was odd (Glock guy) but I really, really like it!

I do have the C2 and love it but the C is really nice for everyday carry -blessed with an employer who allows CCW and justs fits perfectly with the work I do. Completely unobtrusive.
