You should. SA CS is awesome. Hit the email contact link on their home page and tell them what you need. For the replacement plate cover they wanted my s/n but for the screws they sent them just with my request and they were in my mailbox in three days.

I love it. A dremel woulda fixed it but I’ve been really busy and just wanted it done. I don’t know any manufacturers don’t use hardened screws.
