I wish I had started shooting when I was a young man but in the communist state I grew up in there was no opportunity or mention of shooting sports at the time.
I can't wait to see Chuck Schumer's face if they pass reciprocity laws that's a dream come true to see that turd defeated !
Sorry for...
I'm planning on it even if I don't shoot that well I have real bad arthritis in my shooting thumb and it really gets aggravated with my gun building probably will need surgery after Perry.
2390's is not bad at all !!
Picked up a 586 for bullseye centerfire matches the crown was banged up a bit from the old timer so I put a 11 degree crown on it needs to go into the Ransom rest hope in the next couple days.
Going to do a 11 degree forcing cone cut and polish waiting for the tools to come in for that.
Picked up a Kart .22 conversion been tuning on it and the magazines I finally have it running with Eley target yellow box still needs more testing this thing shoots lights out with the Lapua pistol king ammo hope I can get it to run 100 percent with it.
I swapped frames and am using the old colt frame the slide fits like a slick bank vault door after hand fitting. Slide will get blued or nitride finish after testing is complete I'm leaning towards blueing the frame will be left the way it is.
Just received my Rock River slide the other day for my bullseye service pistol build. All my bullseye guns are 6" so I'm building a 5" to meet the regulations for service pistol. Kart gunsmith barrel lock up is great test fired last nights match. I had a few issues the recoil spring (16.5) too...
My Caspian frame and two slides came in building a 5" and a 6" 38 super on one frame one will be used for bullseye primarily and the other a carry piece. 5" is open sights the 6" is a RMR cut will mount a SRO with co-witness sights like my 10mm long slide.
