    This weeks S&W release

Got to hold the carry comp model today. I like the narrower rear sight, would be a damn shame if sights weren’t interchangeable with non comp version. I inspected the dual ramp area, no lip so that’s good. Front sight was off center to the left, lol. Still don’t like the rear slide cover design...

    Drumroll - CC9 1000 rounds

It’s still a great gun. If you have bigger hands, it might be the ticket with removable strap options.

    Drumroll - CC9 1000 rounds

I’ve had gun for a month now and today was my 4th range session completing 1000 rounds. I shot 300 rounds of Winchester 124 NATO with 1 FTE - total FTEs count four, 3 previous with Blazer/Winchester 115. I had my first light strike, actually I didn’t note any indentation after inspection...

    HKPRO Site

Talk about some snobbish, condescending members. What’s sad is HK makes some great products, they’re not the standard but those zany diehards think so. I bought my first HK, a CC9. It’s a quality gun but I’ve had some nuisance FTEs, never with my Sigs or Springfields. Of course their first...

Heckler & Koch Launches HK USA to Meet Growing U.S. Demand

Bought their CC9. 700 rounds through her. First 200, had 1 FTE with Magtech. Next 300 rounds, no failures shooting 5 brands. Yesterday shooting 200 rounds of Winchester, had 2 FTEs. Gun controls and mags initially tight but have loosened up. Both sights off center to left from factory...

    Another Hellcat SMSc Review, LOL

Looks like battery needs replaced after 1 month, lol. I dry fire everyday and I noted no dot in bright conditions today. I place the hood on optic each night, guess I got an old battery, I’ll replace tomorrow then we’ll see.

Micro 9 "felt recoil": Hellcat 3" versus Ronin EMP 3"?

I assume you were answering someone else, no issues here with micros.

Smith & Wesson Releases the New Bodyguard 2.0 .380 ACP Micro Compact

Finally got to hold the BG 2.0 today - nice looking gun and it’s small. I’ve owned a LCP Max and this is noticeably thinner. Slide is 1/2” longer but I could easily pocket this gun on my small frame. Love the overall design but I believe this gun would be every bit as feisty as the Max to...

Micro 9 "felt recoil": Hellcat 3" versus Ronin EMP 3"?

I would think the perceived recoil on a Ronin would be softer based on weight of gun. I’ve owned several micros, Sig’s 938 & 365, LCP Max, Glock 42, FN Reflex, Hellcat. They’re all snappy somewhat for me at age 63, I shoot a minimum of 200 rounds per session without any pain/fatigue issues.

Smith & Wesson Releases the New Bodyguard 2.0 .380 ACP Micro Compact

Well the BG 2.0 is getting great reviews, looks like Ruger will have to up their game with the Max. I’m not in the market for a 380, it’s a capable round but replacing my optic mounted Hellcat isn’t an issue recoil wise for now. I will say that when I had my Max, it’s snappiness was similar to...

Smith & Wesson Releases the New Bodyguard 2.0 .380 ACP Micro Compact

I like some of its features, I would imagine it has a better trigger pull than Max but just guessing. When I get bored with my Hellcat, I’ll probably go back to the Max because of size.
