@djthumper your trace doesn't look too bad all things considered. Looking at the result from @OkiePewPew above, he has some really high latency in some spots even though he said it's running well.

The hosting company says that they have moved traffic for some network routes to less busy routes and they believe the issue to be mostly resolved. Please let me know if you guys are still experiencing slowness. Thank you! Louis
