What are you doing right now??

Rest easy friend, he is in the arms of the Lord, as are you. I lost my Father and Step-mom 3 months apart 5 years ago. The sting is still present but more and more overshadowed by the joy of memories of time spent together. Peace.

    Jam/FTF Question

Just my thoughts, could the round have tilted upward before being stripped from magazine? I have removed the loaded magazine from the Prodigy after 1 or 2 shots and the next round was a quarter way forward in mag..about to fall out. Looks like the nose of the bullet was damaged by hitting the...

    Mil-Spec 1911 “Retro Custom”

TRP Operator 45acp, full rail. Full length guide rod (paper clip edition). I use full lense 1.5 reader shooting glasses off Amazon. Works pretty good for my eyes.

    Mil-Spec 1911 “Retro Custom”

Kudos to those of you that can focus or even see a 3" target at 50 yards. I can keep about 7 or 8 out of 10 rounds inside of a 3.5" shoot-n-see target at 15 yards with no problem, inside the 9 ring of large silhouette at 25. The Ole peepers ain't quite what they used to be.

Seven Great Semiauto Pistols Under $700 Dollars

Have a P365, bought it before all of the variations were released and found grip too small, it was easy to conceal but difficult to shoot accurately. Added a WILSON X MACRO "SHORT" grip module for about $75.00 and all is good. It is a much easier shooter and is now 17+1 instead of 10+1. A good...

A well placed round fired by a curmudgeon is well placed, bewhiskered or not.

A HEADS UP FOR MEMBERS WHO OWN STACCATO.

For me this seems like a reasonable price, it includes insured shipping to and from. ( about $75.00 round trip). Would you take you Corvette to Joe's garage for service if it had a lifetime warranty from manufacturer? Service includes: Comprehensive Cleaning and lubrication Full parts...

A HEADS UP FOR MEMBERS WHO OWN STACCATO.

I like many different types of handguns. Isn't it great to be in the USA, so many models to choose from. I enjoy shooting my single stack 5" all steel 1911 45acp's with irons just as much as I enjoy my 2011 double stack 9mm's with RDS. Life is good.
