The only thing I’d do different with it - and it’s nitpicky- would be to put a spring on the plunger so you didn’t have to lift it up to load a cartridge each time. Other than that, it works pretty good!

Agreed that “rights” enumerated in the Constitution didn’t start with the Constitution. The Constitution stipulated that the government shall not infringe on those rights.

Agreed. I’m not sure of the process of if someone is convicted of a felony in terms of physically taking someone’s CCW permit. But until they are convicted, their right shouldn’t be taken away. Just being accused of a crime doesn’t take away your 2A rights. On a personal level, I like the CCW...

And should he have his rights revoked because he’s charged with a crime? Current law says you’re not restricted until you’re CONVICTED of a felony. In your scenario, he can still legally purchase a firearm.

Yep. It’s no longer a pistol, but a short barrel rifle regulated by the NFA with that vertical grip. Need to get an angled one if you want it to comply.

Current mount doesn’t fit because the suppressor comes with a 5/8x24 direct thread mount. That’s usually for .30 cal barrels. You need the 1/2x28 direct thread mount. They can be had for cheap. If you go with tri-lug, you’ll need a tri-lug muzzle device and a tri-lug adapter on the suppressor...
