    The return of the PT-58!

I wish I had your resolve. I had a Chiefs special (Model 36?) that was so far off that Smith rebarreled it. My CSX has been back to Smith twice and they said there was nothing they could do because they couldnt duplicate the random malfunction. My 5906 had FTE problems and my M&P40 1.0... well...

    The return of the PT-58!

I've had good luck with all of my Taurus products. Better than Ruger, Springfield or S&W.

Yeah. I'm digging mine as well. If the was a near identical copy front sight, with a fiber-optic rod, I would do that.

When it comes down to it, what is your "go to" EDC?

Who did the millwork on your SA-35? I am not planning to do this yet, to mine. However, I do like dots and having just been introduced to them. I'm a fan. Also, were you able to keep the factory sights?

Yah, mine too. I asked today if it might be possible to carry as a duty gun. I was told that there were no SAO allowed. Did you upgrade the sights on yours?

The shots marked with a -1 are from my LCP. The others are all Hi-Power. I'm digging it. I have two additional mags coming (for each) and I'm on the post about swapping out the front sight for something fiber-optic. I definitely don't want to change the rear sight. I'm liking it better than my...

    AR platforms for hunting

Someone needs to make an AR-15 (look-alike) black powder muzzleloader.

    Deer camp stories

I remember my brother-in-law's dad being my guide up Logan Canyon in Utah. Super nice guy. We hiked about 20-30 minutes before he declared this was the place. He was asleep in less than 10 minutes. Woke up a few hours later, ate a sandwhich, then back to sleep. It was a good time.

    I Love REVOLVERS

My first wheelgun was a Taurus 606, .357 mag, bobbed hammer, 6-shot snubby. I was a noob to guns. All I knew was that my brand new, freshly issued Smith 5906 was having major extraction/ejection problems. Both rangemasters said the Smith would settle down. They also encouraged BUGs and swore by...

    SA*35

Well I think I want to carry it. It's a giant chunk but it has a natural point of aim for me. The only modification I may do is get a fiber-optic front sight through Dawson Precision. I will be adding a light/laser; the Streamlight TLR-6 meant for non-rail 1911s will work apparently.

    SA-35 and Trijicon RMRcc

Really cool. Only problem I saw was where you said that there was nothing wrong with the Sig P320. On another note... if weight ever becomes an issue Girsan makes a light weight version of the Hi-Power that is optic ready and has a rail for a light...

    SA*35

I bought it. It came with one mag and no holster. Now I am looking at the 13, 15, and 32 round mags.... I have heard that it will fit 1911 holsters. Can anyone verify this as fact?

M Jones and Guardian lefty loons.

Mine is plotting world domination. But he is still waiting on a grant from the Biden Administration under a green initiative.

    No. It's over 8,000.

    SA*35

Okay, I had not plan to buy one. Really. Well someone needs to clear out a collection for reasons I don't need to go into. I have a new to me SA*35. What do I need to know about it. It looks like it was never fired and I'm paying $550 for it. It has a cardboard box, one mag and padded zipper...

Looking for advice on my first LPVO scope for 500 yard range shots...

I am running a Vortex 1-6 (Strike Eagle?) and have rung steel out to 800 yards with it sitting on a bone stock Rock River AR-15. However, having said that I would go with a 1-8 or 1-10 if the price was right and the company was solid.

    Everything old is new again?

How long until S&W copies them? Maybe Kel-Tec should release an updated version of the 3rd Gen Smith's so Smith would do it to?

    Considerations for Off-Body Carry

Okay. I have nothing against fanny packs (sling bags are better). However, I want to thank Talyn for starting this thread. Lets start with the low hanging fruit.
