On a cleaning binge right now. It helps. Had a disturbing phone call from my sister this morning. Pushing through it and it’s working. I’m getting tired though. I was going to can tomatoes today but I’m running out of energy. We’ll see…

Welcome! I’m in west central Minnesota but my heart is in Bexar County, TX. My mom and stepdad lived there for 40ish years. He is buried at the cemetery at Ft. Sam Houston. I spent many summers there and I miss it.

Stopping off in Walker at one of our favorite craft breweries on the way back from a visit with in-laws at the Iron Range. Decided to try a new stout they had in for fall called…Leaves of Fall Stout, what else? It’s laced with maple, which puts an interesting twist on a stout. Not too sweet...
