I bought the Hellcat Pro almost 2 years ago I'm guessing. I've had absolutely no problems with it, real solid gun and carries very well. It replaced my Ruger LC9s Pro as my EDC simply because of it's mag capacity, though the Ruger does have a much better trigger and is slimmer and even easier...

Same here. My EDC is a stock Hellcat Pro OSP in black. It's a reliable shooting gun, I don't recall a single failure since I brought it home.

Yep, thanks, I know that now. But it being my first AR I got a little bad advise in the beginning. Thankfully I only bought 2 boxes, and still have some of it left. No more steel case for my AR!

My first also, I bought the same Ruger model #8500 over the M&P for the same reason, the 1:8 rifling. It eats any ammo I have fed it except Tulammo steel case, it hung up constantly. It shoots any brand 55 gr I fed it so far just fine but it actually feels more solid somehow and sounds better...

Wish I could do that. My eyes just blur a little when looking thru sights, scopes or red dots. At least my shooting is good enough to give'em a real bad day! 😉

Some of the older MK II were also barrel stamped Government Target (special government specs for their target gun). They are 6.88" bull barrel and were manufactured differently than the other MK II's. The chambers were manufactured differently also, don't know what, but it made this little...
