What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

    Saint in 300Blk?

They made them for a bit, but discontinued them once the ATF started getting squirrely with the pistol brace rule. Recently SBR'd mine. Pretty solid, even comes with an AGB installed - my only beef was the SBX brace... had a non adjustable buffer tube and an oddly shaped receiver plate. Swapped...

    texas hill country floods

It was all heavy rain in a short time. I've never seen the San Gabriel with that much water ever, or the Guadalupe either. It just doesn't see that kind of water.

    texas hill country floods

Our house backs up to the South Fork of the San Gabriel. It's devastating to see. Hoping things don't get worse. There are already people being evacuated, some have had to be rescued by boat. We are deep enough into the subdivision where I don't need to necessarily be concerned about getting...

    AOS vs other Prodigy plates…

Dawson is definitely better quality. If you catch the AOS plates on sale you can find them for around $70ish on Backorder Planet. Otherwise if you are paying the full price, i'd go with the Dawson for sure. Looks like the Dawson will co-witness, but you'll need to replace the front sight also...

NRA Names Kyle Lamb as Brand Ambassador for America’s Rifle Challenge

Had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with him. Great dude.

    AOS vs other Prodigy plates…

I second the Dawson one piece toolless guide rod. That and adding a 12lb wolff recoil spring are the only modifications I made to the internals on mine.

    AOS vs other Prodigy plates…

AOS rear sight wont go above the base of the DPP. I've got no experience with the Dawson plate though.

    AOS vs other Prodigy plates…

There weren't many options for plates when I bought my AOS. However, other than it coming loose from the slide once which was remedied with a dab of loctite between slide and plate, I've had no other issues with it. Keep in mind the DPP does not allow for iron sight co-witness, so the rear sight...

    Ballerina

I didn't bring that up because I didn't want to ruin it for anyone else, but yeah. He's essentially typecasted himself as Daryl from TWD forever. He was never really a good actor. I only needed to see Boondock Saints when it came out to figure that out. And that's not a slight, I LOVE that...

    Ballerina

There are some fancy theatres out there these days. I prefer to go to the old school one where a ticket is $7 lol

    Ballerina

The BBQ scene was probably my only real gripe with the movie. Other than that, it surpassed my expectations.

    New Saint Victor

Yeah, it's a 45 degree selector. My 16" 9mm st victor came like that also. Really like it in the 5.5" config. Let me know how it shoots!
