My 2011/1911 (assuming 2011 means double stacked magazine, newbie here) which I got today and put 50 rounds through. Don’t roast me, I know I suck shooting wise but I’m 62 with bad eyesight, lol. Anyway, 15 yards results, soft recoil imo, love it!
FedEx misrouted my firearm delivery today, god bless them! Maybe tomorrow, oh well! I think Colorado has a Bermuda Triangle in Denver area because I’ve had a lot of USPS issues from there to Colorado Springs, 70 miles south!
Hellcat Pro at Mosoon Tactical, starting week 2, meanwhile I pulled the trigger/purchase on a Bul Ultra 3.25 - my woman of 30 years doesn’t know I spent my $1600 federal refund to buy it BUT I got a holster too, that should count for something, lol! My golf buddy is giving me $800, that’s a...
I believe so BUT never did a comparison. When I first got my gun, I loved everything about it accept the trigger travel/resistance. I started the mod journey like most by installing an Apex. Continued journey researching and came upon PRP kit - liked idea of replacing major contact points...

Just installed Mcarbo striker, I gained 1/8” reduction in trigger play/creep over stock. I didn’t install their sear & safety springs since I had a RPR kit installed before this. I’m happy with the results and $140 isn’t breaking my bank, guns are a hobby, lol! Waiting for Monsoon to call...
Already had 500+rounds in my Hellcat Pro, doesn't get better. Trigger upgrade is a must on this gun, I don't buy into CCW won't change internal parts though, just my opinion, not trying to start any arguments.
