LGS has a brand new M17 for 475 right now and had had it a while. BUT if you like being awake all night then buy it. cause they go off all night long by themselves. rarely can i sleep through the extremely loud popcorn noise coming from the safe. but to answer your question, 499 is way too high...

Doubt they will claim responsibility, but sure looks like too hot of ammo to me, the beretta took it better cause it's a full size handgun. but when that blowout happened it probably caused the trigger problem and the light strikes.

That ammo looks too hot, you probably have trash down in the trigger assembly and firing pin channel from that primer blowout and possibly even some firing pin erosion from the blowout. Did you shoot that ammo in any other gun?
