Doubt they will claim responsibility, but sure looks like too hot of ammo to me, the beretta took it better cause it's a full size handgun. but when that blowout happened it probably caused the trigger problem and the light strikes.

That ammo looks too hot, you probably have trash down in the trigger assembly and firing pin channel from that primer blowout and possibly even some firing pin erosion from the blowout. Did you shoot that ammo in any other gun?
