So much stolen valor out there. Was just at the VA Hospital in Tucson and tend to greet any Nam vet or Marine. Some when asked give nonsensical answers to their unit or time in country. I just let it pass. But seems everyone was a Marine, Green Beret, Ranger or SEAL.

1957 is a long way back forme. First year of Central HS in Phoenix. Believe has been closed for a while, jobs out of the area since college. No house building, just helping around the house. Taught Geology for Education majors in college…way too many good looking women as temptation!

Not so much stateside, but I do a fair bit of hiking on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Still have 60 miles to go to complete, if I can ever get well. Anyway, I will draw 400 euros at a time, but broken into 20s, as most vendors can’t or won’t break anything bigger…
