Ozzy dies at 76 years old.

Did you know... War Pigs was actually called something else, and it was about Satan and witches but the record label that it too satanic, so they changed the title and lyrics to make it an anti-war song... I've heard the original before, this is the only video I can find of it...

M1A and the Mil-Spec: Two Classic American Warriors

Good article, THANKS. I have them both myself in my collection. BUT to be more authentic I also have the Colt 1911 mil spec and the Colt civilian M16A2, (same one I carried in the Army but without the 3 round burst or auto of course.) Both what I carried till those bastards made me surrender my...

Gun Range Day... 50 yrd testing...

Thanks, ya... Green 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle. And no, I can't see the green dot to put it on at that distance, what I do is just make sure the circle is in the red center mass area. And it works.

Gun Range Day... 50 yrd testing...

50-yard test day… pretty damn good considering they are all close-range weapons. Damn it was hot as balls out there today, Florida. DD PDW, Springfield Kuna, and Dan Wesson 1911 .45 cal. I was just curious, been firing these 3 weapons at under 25 at the local indoor range. Wanted to test them...

Getting the Echelon ready for Steel Challenge tomorrow

Awesome and good luck. Keep us informed. I just started Steel Plate Challenge this year, been to 3 meets going to my next one the 17th. I too choice the Echelon and love it. I bought it for this purpose but then bought the Shadow 2. And after some back and forth testing both shot great but I...

Looking for a soft bag to fit in a MC saddle bag...

Ya those are close but I'm thinking of one kind of product I've seen before. The word celliform or something like that keeps popping in my head. Both of those might take up more room than I want in a saddle bag. celliform bag, I just can't find the words to search what I want. damn old head of...

Looking for a soft bag to fit in a MC saddle bag...

I'm having trouble finding the soft gun bag I want because I can't describe it right in google... so maybe one of you can tell me what I'm thinking. lol I'm looking for one of those soft paddle gun bags that's nice and simple. Meaning no outside pocket or anything like a typical gun bag. Smooth...

Range Day 7/14 Testing the KUNA...

Actually, left-handed... which kinda sucks with PCC and PDW weapons. In the video one of the brass ejected into my elbow pit. And when I shoot my DD PDW I get blow back in the face like crazy. Most PCC and PDW's aren't very left-handed friendly IMO.

Range Day 7/14 Testing the KUNA...

Ya I heard about both of those issues and coming across 500 rounds or so I haven't had any of those issues. Knock on wood. Once I start doing shoot house training and movement drills, will see. Just been stationary and smooth so far.

Range Day 7/14 Testing the KUNA...

Weather has been terrible here in South Florida for a week or so but finally got some time to go out to the range this morning. I have taken my new Springfield KUNA to the indoor range already, just testing iron sights with it but today was finally my outdoor range with a purpose of finding...

    Marksmanship of Police Officers

Well, I got to say I'm not surprised. Most civilians don't know how little cops really train in firearms or use of force. I was in law enforcement for 30+ years, retired about 9 years ago. I was considered a good shot because of Army service, which did teach me to shoot. but in civilian law...

“Almost” no more, I own a Kuna

Congrats and welcome to the club. My story was pretty much the same. Bought the braceless one because easier to get. Waited, got the call. Then bought my own after market brace and forward stop. I've put about 500 rounds through it so far. Iron sights because I can't decide which of my "spare"...

    KUNA red dot issue/question...

Thanks, I do believe mounted correctly, and it adjusted in the right direction. I just came to the sights adjustment limits before it got to center. And with the iron sights flipped up the front iron sight lines up with the bottom of the red dot device, meaning it's blocked. but the front sight...

    KUNA red dot issue/question...

Excuse my ignorance on the subject matter. I have red/green dots on my AR pistols, my Sig MPX, and even one on my Echelon pistol. They all installed easily and Zero'd easily. But I'm having an issue with my Holosun red dot, an older one that was left over in my closet and can't figure out if...

What are you doing right now??

Waiting for the indoor range to open in 45 minutes so I can go zero my new red dot on my Springfield KUNA. ;)
