The Swampfox Sentinel will not cowitness with the OEM sights on the OSP. I know this from personal experience. It will obstruct about the bottom 2/3rds of the sights. They're still usable but not easily.

I agree with the recommendation about it being the only thing in your pocket. I have one and will regularly knock the magazine loose when reaching for my keys, which gets annoying. Half the time I don't use it because of that reason.

Valid concerns all around. There's always the option of using an optic that can serve as the rear iron. Several, like the holosuns, have a sight channel in the housing, which isn't quite the same but it's better than nothing.

I think he means the non-OSP version. You'd most likely need to have the slide milled to fit the optic you want. I'm not aware of any adapter plates that would let you use the rear dovetail.
