I prefer shooting 1911's so the M&P 2.0s work great for me since both have 18* grip angles. Been very lucky and really no mechanical issues. When it comes to Polymer guns the M&P is a clear winner for me

I would imagine internet hype, affordability, ease of carry, and capacity are the factors many use to choose their carry weapon. Ballistic performance doesn't truly register
