I shoot my carry gun about every week so I do unload and re-load my carry ammo quite a bit. I agree you can only do that a certain number of times. I shoot up my carry ammo every 6 months and have not had a problem with it not going bang

I think it all comes down to your circumstances, your motivation, and location. Just use common sense and you will be OK.
