It is not only that they ban AR style rifles. They use clouded wording to ban all semi auto, box fed guns including hunting rifles of different styles, .22 rimfies and shotguns.

Not directed at anyone in particular. Sure. An optic is another tool not the end all. When used as such, it is a fabulous addition to any firearm. It can be used for much more than just a sight. A blanket comment that it is useless is just plain ignorant.

Hell yeah it would. I would have to check my load to verify the charge weight. Im using VV N110 instead of H110.
