I get it, but I am not personally a heavy-for-caliber fan. Once you get to (.224) 75 grain bullets and up, might as well get a 6mm (or 25!). And, it's pretty darn hard to beat a .223 with a 55-62gr bullet for varmints/predators inside <400 yards. I'd probably do a 223AI and call it a day ...
