    The BAR in Korea

SLA Marshal wrote a tome on weapons in the Korean War…said problems were because of rehab facilities in Japan. Weapons sent from the USA worked well, refurbished from Japan or Korea didn’t.

    Ammunition & Reloading

You know…wouldn’t have that problem with a single stage press. Slooow, but steady. Or maybe I don’t get out to shoot as often as Youse.

    just re-ordered more 9mm

I think the big producers should be OK. They use a new bullet, new powder and primer, and a used case. Now if they are using recycled powder or primers, maybe not so good. If that is the fact, I would appreciate someone letting me know. I can not reload plain Jane FMJ loads for their price...

The Democrats STILL Can’t Figure Out…

As cops in L.A., we used to say they should rent out the Coliseum and stage gang fights. Winning gang gets a Gold plated shift knob for their 64 Chevy. 18th Street vs 14th Street, Temple vs the Harpies. TV rights would have been expensive, but worth it…

Back a looooong time ago, the 50 and 60s, most of California was orange groves. Disneyland was built on an orange grove. Riverside and San Bernardino counties are hurting for revenue, hurting badly, I imagine that there are still orange groves just a little farther out that will remain...

    Severe Drought

In the 60s, my Geology professors said we were in a warm phase, but that one day, the continental glaciers would return! Imagine how the northern states would feel about a mile of ice over NYC, or Minneapolis. What would the Somalis do??? Since the glaciers retreated +/- 10,000 years ago, we...

    Severe Drought

Same same here in S. Utah. However, the winter storms are “supposed to” be severe, so hopefully the snowmelt in Spring will be heavier than normal. We are only 150 years from pulling out of the Little Ice Age, which lasted 500 +/- years. More heat to come!
