    For YEARS I have maintained and told everyone I can, it ain't the 2nd, it's the 4th you need to put your energy into protecting. We have been a surveillance state since 9/11 and the Patriot Act. Plan and act accordingly.

    I think he was, but I could be mistaken. I do know he was undergoing mental evaluation after his arrest. We have far too many mentally unfit and unstable people walking around.

    I believe it was charged as hate crime at the Federal level. But if it’s the one I’m thinking about, he is mentally I’ll and will be incarcerated pending this matter, and probably being evaluated and maybe treated.

    Alabama went so far as to pass a law in 2025 making possession of the Glock smith now a class C felony. A large number of cases - from what I understand - are juveniles with switches, and so the Legislature wanted to level more sever punishment and treat more juveniles as adult offenders.
