I inherited an older XDM 3.8 It has the full grip with 19 round mag. It was unfired when I got it. What a nice gun. I can’t believe how well it fits me. No malfunctions in a year of shooting. I wish I would have counted the rounds. Must be around 1000.

I avoid stores and States that I can’t carry. They have plenty of money and don’t need my small contribution.

Loose shirt is the ticket. I can carry a full size XDM 3.8 9 mm under a Carhartt T-Shirt in or on the waist, while wintering in Florida

If the gun, grip, or holster irritates my skin, I place a handkerchief between it and my skin. Place it so if I had to draw the handkerchief stays put. If it did come out with the gun it’s small enough to not interfere with anything or it just falls to the ground.

Mine seems to work fine. My XDM 3.8 holds 20 rounds so it is not light. I think it’s because I have a good belt. I use a Big Foot CCW Belt with a Steel Core. I can carry all day under a X Large T Shirt or Sweatshirt

If that’s what you feel comfortable with………. I’ve had a few of them. They are gone. My J Frames or Shield stays.

I was taught to dress around my gun. The absolute smallest I will carry is a J-Frame or a Shield. When that happens it’s Two J-Frames or the Shield and a J-Frame. I admit I will probably never need to pull a gun but, if I ever have to, I don’t want to be holding a NAA Mini or a Derringer.

I’ve been using the Steel core Bigfoot CCW Belt for 2 1/2 years. No sag and I’m carrying a full size grip XDM 3.8

The only XD I have is the XDM 3.8 9mm. I inherited this gun and like it a lot. Holding 20 rounds makes it kind of heavy for carrying on an active day but, for days when driving or not a lot of physical activity, it’s doable.
