Yeah, I get that. I put a different spin on that by deciding to adopt a utilitarian tacti-cool vibe I guess. Growing up in Scouts whose motto is "Be Prepared" and then going into JROTC and on to the Regular Army Diesel Mechanic and then a Generator Specialist has sort of trained me to always...

I see stuff from Propper on the Venture Surplus emails I get. Most of the UF Pro pants I have are solid brown gray in color it looks similar to OD green I think. The P-40 Gen 2 All Terrain pants is what I currently have the most of-8pr. I either wear those or the Gen 2 Tactical Shorts of which...

I watch a lot of weather. I was stationed at Hood and then moved to North Dallas and Little Elm before leaving for GA.

Not anymore. I left in Sep of 2001 and moved to NE GA. Why?

That is where my brother buys all his guns according to him. Bud's I mean. I've not bought anything from them yet.

I would not bet on a weather prediction anymore than I would bet on the outcome of a sporting event I have no influence over.

I think I have a problem. I keep buying "awesome" gear from UF Pro. I just spent another $800. Does anyone else have a favorite Brand in the tactical outerwear genre that they can't get enough of? Yeah, UF Pro has become that for me. They sent me a unique marketing code to apply a discount...

CA issues state of emergency.

I'm not familiar with or don't have personal exposure to most of those so I have no opinion on them. After a few trips to the range shooting rentals until I found the CZ75BD I had no exposure to pistols at all. It was my first firearm purchase and it was intended for bedside table. Choosing the...

Which CZ did you try? Hey man, everyone has their own preferences. No shade for having different preferences. Something out there these days for everyone I think. I have zero personal exposure to Sigs. I know I cannot stand FNs or Glocks. I did like the one H&K VP9sk that I tried even though the...

I was coming in here to say pretty much exactly the same thing. I'll add that I do not like striker fired or polymer framed pistols to begin with and I've never held a Glock that felt anywhere near as good as either of my CZ75s. The s is for plural not a model or anything. Just to be clear.

I've only got 4 to choose from at the moment so of those 4 I would keep: CZ75P01 9MM SOLGW Loyal 9 5.56 Benelli M11714 12GA SA shotgun

I got turned on to 1A and 2A auditors on YT awhile back and have quite the playlist on my YT channel of Police Interactions and while knowing these interaction do not necessarily demonstrate ALL LEOs approach to Policing, there are enough tyrants with badges terrorizing people for no reason that...

So you think you have a good sense of my attitude do you? Don't come knocking on my door claiming a call to service or welfare check. Someone brought up baby donkeys and I mentioned the baby donkey that a LEO shot and killed because he was trespassing on the donkey's pasture looking for a...

Tanks are not bad, that is not what I was implying. I preferred the Ranger with distance weapons approach, still do. They are more balanced as a set of skills and proficiencies. I am reading a pretty long novel series based on a Ranger character-Drizzt Do Urden in the Dark Elf Series Forgotten...

I probably never will. These cowards the departments are choosing to hire to terrorize the citizenry are more ego than brains and completely out of line from what I have been seeing. I will never be able to give another LEO the benefit of the doubt or assume they are serving anything or anyone...

Oh and Happy Birthday to both of you!

Donkeys are adorable. I still can't get over that idiot cop shooting that lady's baby donkey on her own land. I seriously would have shot that police officer while he was trespassing and murdering my donkey. D E A D

I would put ALL the mega church pastors and many of the lowly local ones. I avoid churches these days. Not a fan of spontaneously combusting, lol. JK I finished my relationship with churches back over 20 years ago now. Won't set foot in another one even for community gatherings. ANY church.
