    Flock cameras at gun ranges

I don't know there's a solution to this problem. The courts are currently ruling that the data from FLOCK cameras are searchable and don't require a warrant because they are public record. The recent geofence ruling could possibly be applied to the scanners with the FLOCK cameras that read...

    Flock cameras at gun ranges

Now Sir, as an attorney you should know that " smacks of" and "is" are not even close. SCOTUS put the good house keeping seal on pretext stops years ago.

    Flock cameras at gun ranges

Has anyone viewed the arrest reports or affidavits regarding the case against the guy in Wisconsin. Most news reports seem to be providing only the part they choose to make FLOCK look nefarious. As a retired Leo I see things different like why did the police run his plate into the FLOCK...

    Flock cameras at gun ranges

There is a trend in some places for the local governments to just defund their agency's use of the cameras, or pass a local ordinance outlawing them.

    Flock cameras at gun ranges

FLOCK claims their data is only kept for 30 days unless the client asks for something different. Is it permanently deleted? Can the deleted data be recovered? Just asking.

Discussion: The Duty Pistol Package Nobody Can Match

Why would a department care about anything but but the lowest bid, and Glock has special pricing for departments that are really cheap.

    Flock cameras at gun ranges

My understanding of FLOCK data is the data gathered from a parking lot camera, or a gun shop, is not shared system wide, unless that user chooses to allow it. There is data that the "gubment" can't see. In a lot of places there is a privacy statement associated with the cameras somewhere. If...

    The Realities Of Long-Range Hunting

The surest long range (1000 yds plus) is a bedded animal. If it's up and moving how far can it move if it chooses to in the 1.5 second bullet flight time. All the modern technology you possess can not alter that reality.

So, what kind of man are you? (fun comedy post)

I cooked some t- bones at the hunting lease years ago and one of the guys commented that good vet could save this one.

7 Costly 1911 Buying Mistakes to Avoid (Buyer's Guide)

That only so much you can do mechanically to a 1911 is the real difference in a top notch gun and all the others. Proper barrel fit so the lugs aren't damaged over thousands of rounds, slide to frame fit that's smooth and consistent, and a bushing fitted so it minimizes barrel lockup variation...

New Digital Surveillance Tools Threaten Gun Owner Privacy

When I was in high school we studied the use of propaganda to affect people's opinions. Do they still teach such things in school or do they just use it as a teaching tool.

New Digital Surveillance Tools Threaten Gun Owner Privacy

Earlier today I posted a reply on the concealed carrier attire post making the comment that I would wear cuban barber shirts if they weren't so expensive. Low and behold An ad popped up on Facebook for cubavera shirts at a 75% discount. Go figure.

If there's a holster that allows me to do all those things and not lose my gun I'm all in. A miracle cure for sure.
