Bear Spray works on Black Bear, I used it twice. My Son was backing me with a M-1 Garand once and with a 12 Gauge Pump the second time.

That happened more than once. One Woman sent a picture of her four months pregnant, he's been gone for eight months.

All I can say about the local VA is God Bless Them. The Private Health Care I had prior to retirement was just short of awful. 2:00 appointment? Maybe 3:00 I see the Doctor who's looking at his watch. no joke. Rude as hell Receptionist's and it would generally take 10 day's to two weeks to...

In the woods, fishing, and Hiking, yes. In stores, Restaurants, NO!

I haven't had a problem with any with the exception of using Blazer Aluminum cased 9 MM. My P-01 malfunctioned on the first shot with this stuff. I was so surprised I just stared at the gun for a minute. I tried the ammunition in the P-09, 75D, and 75b and I got malfunctions in all. Maybe a...

I caught the CZ bug with a surplus CZ 82. I loaded it up 9X18 MM FMJ and put all 12 rounds in the black at 25 yards from a rest and I'm no Jim Cirillo. I got steered to the CZ P-01 and it was my carry gun for over 20 years, Other CZ's soon followed and I can say I never got a bad one. The...

It's the most I ever spent on a firearm and my Son bought me the optic sight for Christmas. I am VERY happy with this gun.

CZ 97b 10 + 1 and 2 spare 10 rounders in a Bianchi Shoulder Holster for most of the Winter months and a 9 MM CZ Shadow 2 Carry the rest of the year in a OWB. a Spare fifteen round on a pouch on the belt also. I just bought a CZ P-10-F in .45 that's a 13 shot which adds to the choices.

Way too low. There's no records of guns bought at Gun Shows or private sales. A lot of Hunters here and they do buy Hunting rifles for their Families ay shows. The Amish buy a lot of rifles and shotguns at Gun Shows, no kidding. Never a handgun.

The trigger pull is impossible and the extremely slow re-loading means you shoot less and save on ammunition. You won't hit anything with it, but it will scare away innocent bystanders.

I've had good luck with Taurus guns until the TH 45. Three guns and not one would fire reliably. The KUNA works,

It's part of the LEOSA qualification. I can hit at 21 feet to qualify but I'm not good at weak hand shooting.

If I was looking at an investment only firearm I would look to the Curio & Relic market. Some of those rifle and handguns have tripled in value in a relatively short time. Uncles Harry's old Luger and Mauser may be worth a lot.

Kind of useless, really. But on the other hand mine makes good sense.

It certainly brought change, a huge change in Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. Gone were the .38 Special revolvers and in came the semi-automatics in a variety of calibers. Sub Machine guns and M-16's were the new weapons of choice. I had a tiny part in evaluating 9 MM S&W, Ruger, Colt, and...

"Their Army is no match for Ours". Very true, but it's not their Army I'm worried about.

I saw a .45 Hi Point go through a 40 round qualification course without a malfunction while two Kimber .45's didn't make it throu one MAGAZINE without something going wrong!

Why aren't automobiles governed to 70 MPH so no one exceeds the speed limit? Illinois is a great State to be FROM. Take my word for it. Gun's are only one problem living in Illinois, there's many, many more.

Base Commanders are NOT going to like that. I wouldn't be surprised if they forbid it or tacked on so many regulations it would be difficult to comply with.

I wouldn't be posting any blood thirsty answers here or anywhere. Sign: Forget The Dog Beware Of Owner. I know of one case that the Owner wished he didn't have this in his yard.
