I had a Benelli M2 for HD and it was a great shotgun. Alas, my son wanted it for my grandaughter. I think after all this time that semi-autos have been around quality shotguns, like the M2 are very reliable. I don't believe racking a slide scares off would be intruders, just expose your position.

Scheels would not deliver my safe INTO the house/former garage/now den, so I had a separate installer move from back patio into the back door. Once inside I was amazed at how EZ it was for him to move it without the dolly. Once positioned into the exact location he bolted it, inside down through...
