Replying to my own question: all CA legal Echelon handguns are now listed for the Gear Up Pac.

I've had my eye on the Echelon 4.5" Comp which was thankfully (finally) added to the California roster. The Gear Up Pac looks great but for some reason SA only lists the Pac as being available for the 4" Echelon, saying that the others are not legal in California, though both the 4.5" and 4.5"...
