Springfield Armory’s New Gear Pac

I bought the "1911 Emissary Gear Up Pkg 10mm Auto 5" Stainless Match Grade Bull Barrel" package about 6 weeks ago. Definitely seemed like a pretty great deal for the money.

I've had my eye on the Echelon 4.5" Comp which was thankfully (finally) added to the California roster. The Gear Up Pac looks great but for some reason SA only lists the Pac as being available for the 4" Echelon, saying that the others are not legal in California, though both the 4.5" and 4.5" Comp ARE legal in CA.

Well I just reread the article (stupid comment time again). Too bad there isn’t just the gear up packs for SA firearms. I’d settle for a range bag and some magazines if I find something gently used (like my XDm).

Replying to my own question: all CA legal Echelon handguns are now listed for the Gear Up Pac.
