Looks like a "no go" on SBRs and suppressors.

The (d) parliamentarian is just another unelected 'deep state' liberal that is trying to interject her personal ideology (and that of special interest groups) into the bills contents. She was appointed to the position under Harry Reid years ago. It's time for her to go. The President can...

New Glock Backstrap by Kiral Defense and LOK Grips - 1911 Ergos?

I like the idea but don't care for the add on widget appearance. To bad Glock hasn't come up with a one piece oem backstrap to do the same. Will CA declare them illegal?

    is weight of any importance

The weight of my stainless 1911 pistols doesn't concern me. I don't "forget that I'm carrying a pistol". I know it's there, in the same place it always is. We're all made different though so if a featherweight pistol is your choice, that's fine with me.

Protest is ok, Violent Protest is another thing. Agree disagree with Wayne Ivey?

Protesting peacefully falls under the 1st Amendment. Protesting by illegals in America, funded by foreign entities and waving foreign flags is borderline. Committing crimes and justifying the crimes as part of a protest is not 'protected' speech. It's another (D) lie.

How to Survive a Home Invasion

Think home security in multiple layers in case one layer doesn't get implemented or something fails. Don't wait until something happens, plan ahead with new home construction or pre-owned home. A monitored security system, reinforced frames/solid doors/dead bolts, cell phones and hard wired...

How to Survive a Home Invasion

Good reminder article. I learned a long time ago to always have a weapon within arms reach or better yet on body carry at all times even at home where you think you're safe from the zombies.

Hornady Critical DUTY Tactical 9mm Luger 135 Grain Handgun Ammo vs Hornady Critical Defense 9mm Luger 115 Grain Handgun Ammo

If your intent is only to shoot up old ammo to allow for purchase of new, then a paper target or fence post won't care about under expansion or over penetration. But if you want a reliable self defense round for a real predator, two legs or more, go with one of the suggested well known jhp...

    An indulgence from my childhood

I lived with my grandparents every summer as a pre-teen. My grandfather worked part time in a neighborhood grocery store. I swept the floors and got to keep any found coins (he intentionally dropped a few for me) plus got a grape Nehi as my reward. Great memories...

Penalties for abandoning pets during natural disasters

Our dogs have always been part of the family. They're the children we never had. There's nothing we wouldn't do to improve their quality of life for as long as we can, we have the food, toys and vet bills to prove that. I would send my wife to safety and stay with our dog during a natural...
