    Grip Washers

I am very much the same. I have a ridiculous amount of random fasteners in my shop.

    Grip Washers

I have misplaced one of the thin stainless washers that go under the grip screws (911 .380). Does anybody know where I can get another set? I've tried all over the inter webs, and haven't been successful. Thanks, Casey

Me too. I consider it my "dress gun".

    911 .380 reassembly issue

Sorry for the delayed update. I received my pistol back from Springfield a month or so ago. I could tell immediately that it would cycle much smoother. Took it to the range and had a flawless session. Not a single feed issue.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

I have initiated a request to send to Springfield for their review and opinion/repait of the issue. I will update the group as I know more.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

Valid points. I'll take it to my range tomorrow, they have an affiliated gunsmith on site. I'll see what he says before shipping. Thanks again for the support.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

Well, a new issue has developed. I have emailed Springfield for instructions on how to send in for repairs. The new issue is that most of the time the hammer follows the slide forward, meaning it does not stay open and cocked. It will also not let me manually cock it. I think it's time a real...

    911 .380 reassembly issue

Thanks. I've had it for a couple of years now and do love it. I recently acquired a Kahr CT 380. I like it's lightness, but the 911 is just so much nicer.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

Just figured out what I was doing wrong. I missed the part about removing the main spring assembly retainer pin and dropping it down a bit to allow the ejector to properly reset. All is right with my world now. :)

    911 .380 reassembly issue

I have tried but haven't quite figured it out. I am pressing the spring backwards, but not getting enough movement/space to allow the ejector to return to it's proper position. I won't give up just yet, will try again shortly.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

I most probably pushed it too far down when reassembling after cleaning.

Will call them in the morning. Appreciate the guidance and suggestions.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

It functioned perfectly at the range. It wasn’t until I got home and took it down to clean that the part quit moving up. I’ve tried applying gentle upward pressure on it but it won’t budge. It will move downward.

    911 .380 reassembly issue

I took my 911 to the range yesterday and at some point the small “lever” left of the hammer will no longer move up far enough to allow a magazine to fully seat. Haven’t found anything on YouTube that addresses. I’ll take to a gunsmith if needed, hoping to get some guidance here first. Thanks

    Marketplace/For Sale?

I switched out the Viridian grips on my new 911, and now do not have a need for them. Any ideas where something like that can be sold?
