Very good article Talyn.
I want to add that although all 11 of those are good the one about being positive was great, I’ve been in management for years and believe in being positive and giving praise sometimes even when praise isn’t due. When you are negative it breeds contempt and low esteem, when you are positive you boost productivity and increase a person’s feelings of self worth.
