1911 upgrade project

Hey, I have a new Springfield Ronin in .45 acp 5 inch model
I'm thinking about upgrading it. Emissary styled sights. Elk stag grips, undercutting the trigger guard, checkering the front strap, an ambi-safety.
Replacing the internals without question, especially the mim out of spec ejector. Any thoughts from you folks.
Ps. Just because it gets stated doesn't mean it happen. Just curious on upgrade thoughts.

Shoot it for a while and then make only the changes that make it a better gun for you. Anything else is a waste of money and could mess up an otherwise good gun.

Yeah, I have shot it enough to know it needs some TLC inside. If I checker the front strap it be checkering job 154. So no issue there.
