Sapphire is good. I prefer Beefeaters, or lately Hendricks. Try one with an orange twist. Not a wedge, but a twist. No olives for the twisted version....It changes the drink 100%, not saying better, but definitely a worthwhile version.

Maybe this belongs on another thread....

I love Hendricks for G&T. With a lime. When I do martinis with Hendricks I use a cucumber slice.

I also like Beefeater and it's what I order if I'm at a restaurant. I am working my way through a bottle of Beefeater 24 right now. Good stuff.
