Adding Red dot optics to XD® 3" SUB-COMPACT

Has anyone added a Holosun or other optic to the XD 40 caliber? I've done the research and would like to get an XD 40 cal but I want to install optic in the beginning. If you have a universal plate or other method let me know. I do not want the 9mm Hellcat.

If you use it for cc why would you want to put an optic on it? It is a choice and yours too make. I don't carry concealed so my choices aren't limited.

I like the optic as I've gotten older it seems easier to spot.
