Ya'll been hearing about what's fixin to take place when these snap benefits are eliminated? i hearing all kinds of stuff. pretty sure there will be a lot of robberies. Better be alert, especially leaving a grocery store.

You do realize a large portion of SNAP goes to the elderly, disabled and white working group. Not worried about the first two and hope the third goes to work

And they are the ones we don't have any heartburn helping. It's the illegal aliens, ops undocumented, or as ME's Gov. Mills calls them "New Mainers" and those too lazy to take care of themselves. When Paul LePage made it mandatory for certain people (age, non-disabled, non-parent of children of a certain age, etc.) to work or do community service for a whopping 10 hour a week, a goodly number just dropped off the rolls. I don't disagree with what you are saying. I was pointing out a portion of benefit recipients that would be affected. The problem lies with the elected officials who fail to differentiate the complexities involved and seem to take the carpet bomb approach. Example the proposed filibuster overturn which would seem great now but when the left gains control again (they will at some point) 51 people will start encroaching on the 2A. Honestly the only people I see threatening me are the people who were elected to protect me and instead choose to ride that damn hamster wheel.
