It’s sad when you can tell what side the media channel is on when they put their hands on it. Personally it’s sad and the comment section on some social media sites become a battle ground.

I miss Walter Cronkite..... Back in the day in Los Angeles, there was an anchor named Hal Fishman that I likened to Cronkite. He simply told you what was going on without interjecting opinion or bravado.

Words are power. Its been proven that by changing one word it a sentence, you won't change the facts, but you can change the perception of that fact. Thus shaping peoples opinions.
The news media are absolute masters at manipulating words to achieve their desired affect.
A recent example:
"Israel demands retribution on Hamas"
"Israel vows retribution on Hamas. "
By simply changing "demands" to "vows" Israel is suddenly viewed as the aggressor.
And this sort of thing happens hundreds of times a day in all the news media, yet people don't even notice.
