I saw a video about one of the rounds in the article, the varmint grenade. Couple fellas were hunting rabbits and their heads look like they exploded

Interesting article, I could be wrong but are they legal everywhere? I want to say I read somewhere that they weren’t.

I'm not sure. I would have thought they were at least CONUS legal
