Instead of a stocking filled with joy, Trump’s Department of Justice dumped lumps of coal in Knife Rights’ stocking with their disappointing response brief continuing their Biden-like anti-Second Amendment stance defending the unconstitutional Federal Switchblade Act.

These politicians don’t give a rat’s a** about the first ten amendments to the Constitution.
 
AZ revised the auto knife laws (ARS# 13-3120), they're legal if you're at least 21 years old. I had a few but sold them. I discovered a 'flipper' is just as quick, don't tell a liberal...

My EDC knife is an automatic. Comes in real handy when your other hand is doing something else.
Its only a 2.5" blade. Not exactly a deadly weapon. :rolleyes:
 
The 2A doesn't cover kitchen utensils.

It's a state issue.

  • Tenth Amendment: Declares, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people". This is the foundation for states' reserved powers and protects rights from federal overreach.

Folks have to get their legislature(s) to rescind any restrictions on automatic knives.
