This is my opinion. If the states enact gun laws that violate the constitution then the citizens should ban together and sue the state. The government in those cases should back the citizens.

Look at that. This article posted the same thing I did on another thread about comments made by our AG. I find that rather sad. There is a lawsuit in play at the Supreme Court level. We shall see.

AG Healey is like so many other folks in that it is easy to have an idealogical position when you are in an office protected by Sheriff's deputies and others, but when you realize deep in your heart that you are alone and defenseless, they change their position. I have personally witnessed this happening in my immediate family. The attitude is somewhat amusing, but sad, and dangerous for all of us. Once we get past the point of no return, it will be nearly impossible to change.
