So here’s an article on a couple of Texas businesses that think they shouldn’t have to post the Texas signs saying patrons can’t carry open or concealed in their businesses. The actually don’t have to post these signs, but by not posting them, they lose their ability to trespass a carrier.
I’m guessing these businesses might have learned the hard way that here in Texas, a FREE State, you lose a lot of business when you try to remove the Constitutional rights of potential patrons. That, or their intent is more sinister, as in trying to trick those carrying into entering their businesses and then calling the police…you know, the ones they tried to completely defund a few years ago.
