Any issues with a Hellcat and this ammo?

Some decent deals on this stuff lately. Wondering if there's any reason not to use it.

It’s steel cased, possibly with a steel jacket.

This can accelerate wear on certain parts of your pistol, if you shoot a lot of it—and I’m talking many thousands of rounds.

It’s also dirtier, but if you’re the type that cleans after every range session, that’s a non-issue.

Shot my Hellcat today with some steel case Winchester ammo. The cases seemed pretty grainy and rough, not smooth like some steel case I’ve shot before. Loading mags, I worried I may have some issues with it. But the Hellcat handled it just fine.

I think I have a box or two of that Tulammo, but can’t remember if I’ve shot it. I know I haven’t had any FTE or FTLs with my Hellcat at all. I say give it a shot if it’s all you can get. (No pun intended - lol)

Steel can be iffy in some firearms in terms of potential feeding issues.

I've had trouble with steel cased 9mm not chambering in a few subcomponents like the LC9 and P365.

The steel cased 9mm did feed without issue in a few different M&P line pistols and an HK VP9.

I say if the price is right why not try it.
