It says it's hand engraved, i know my Ruger isn't but still looks better to me.

1) i never liked any specialized engravings...other than a special date on the back of a watch, or woman's locket, or wedding rings.

2) i don't buy "commemorative" anything, as too many are made, and the value will not increase over time.

3) that would have to be a "safe king/or/queen" and come out maybe once per year, then when you think about that, after several rounds through it, .......its no longer "New in Box", but rather used and losses value.

4) easy pass
