Anyone know where to obtain?

I am hot to buy a rare Italian wine that I love and have been unable to find for years. It is great with heavy pasta dishes and heavy beef dishes. It is nebbiolo spumante and there are about 5 wineries that produce it in Piedmont but I can't find anyone in the USA that is importing it for resale. Anyone here have any ideas?

Let me do some digging.. see what I can come up with for you on availability.

Lots of wines/spirits are not distributed in US.
Some are limited to certain states based on sell rate and some were available for sale but didnt have enough sales so they got dropped by distributors and are discontinued
