Okay I know we got some former LEO’s here. So please don’t take offense, this is not an indictment against you or other LEO’s.But ATF looking pretty bad here. I can see there isn’t a Mag in the gun but still not how I do it at the range lol.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

When I first seen that image I noticed the “prop gun” tag attached to the trigger guard (better seen on the original published photo image).
But still, it’s all about who doesn’t know that’s a prop gun or is it functional, is the ammo live or are blanks being loaded is another unknown. Why, if it is a prop, that it’s on a table with live ammo?

Simple carelessness combined with someone oblivious to others. Tsk-tsk.
And the DOJ is adding thousands of armed agents to the IRS.
