Form 4 submitted through FFL on 10 April 26, along with Single Shot Trust through Silencer Shop. Suppressor released to me today, 30 Apr 26. 20 days submission to approved.

Those were form 1s if I remember correctly. Not that they should take that much longer and one would think since you already have the firearm, it would be faster.

Any intel on if buying an already built SBR is taking just as long?

No clue.
All I know is these 3 have been the longest Form 1 approval process I have ever submitted. Was quicker even before eforms.
Hundreds of thousands of folks using eforms now for no fee plus govt shutdown has the atf backlogged

I got more approvals today on a bulk batch
Almost 70 days trust Form 1

Some of mine were 3 days. Some were 2 weeks and others were almost 2.5 months. Depends on month filed.

Not to mention as soon as any (D) has a say so, that tax is coming back with a vengeance. Wouldn’t surprise me if it doubles or triples…

I’d darn near guarantee it. That $200 in 1934 was worth what? 5 Grand? It was high enough to be a deterrent. I’d bet a few bucks that if the left ever gets in total control $5k or even $10k would be the “new”standard (IF they are even allowed at all).
