I'm sure any bound books and 4473's that are sent in by FFL dealers who go out of business are already available "forever". The day is coming when ATF will have a copy of each 4473 in a data base.

If they do this it is in violation of the 1986 legislation that forbid a registry, and render all of it as void, so I guess we can all go get or make full auto weapons now.

well then, for the time being, i am safe. all my guns were bought by current FFL dealers. it'll be a very long time, for the ATF to go thru all those forms that they will have, from the closed up stores.
